Privacy starts here.

A closer connection to public services, with privacy at its heart.

A real brass padlock secured to a metal gate

Private by design. Ghana.gov removes phone numbers, email addresses and ID numbers, such as Ghana Card, passport, SSNIT and voter ID numbers, before your question is sent. Files you attach are read on your device, and only the text you check is sent. Names and street addresses can’t be caught reliably, so please leave them out.

Answers from official sources. Answers are written by AI, including our own Ghanaian-language model, using only official government websites. The AI only ever sees your question with personal details already removed.

Hands typing a question on a laptop

No conversations kept. We don’t save your questions, and your chat disappears when you leave. If you rate an answer, that question and answer are kept anonymously, with personal details removed, for 90 days so we can fix mistakes.

Not your location. Ghana.gov never asks for your GPS location. If your area matters, you can include a town or region in your question.

Know where you’re going. Official service links open agency websites. Those websites operate separately and have their own privacy policies.
